About
Jehnna Foster is a New York–based editorial hairstylist and colorist known for her effortlessly dimensional color and lived-in styling. Her journey began far from the fashion world—grooming and showing horses in her Wyoming hometown and styling her classmates’ hair for prom. That early love for hair led her to cosmetology school, but it was watching models’ hair move under studio lights on set that transformed her approach to color. She realized then that hair color had to read just as beautifully in motion as it did in stills—and she’s been chasing that balance ever since.
Now with two decades of experience, Jehnna specializes in high-impact, low-maintenance highlights and dry, texture-conscious cutting—techniques that translate seamlessly from everyday wear to editorial. Her work has been seen in campaigns and shoots for brands like Davines, Bvlgari, and The Great Eros, and published in Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar.
A Davines North America educator and advocate for sustainable beauty, Jehnna brings intention to every project—whether behind the chair, on set, or on location. She is also the founder of Studio 201, a sustainable hair studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
